Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations with a focus on client acquisition, deal flow, and program compliance.
Optimize internal processes to increase efficiency and team productivity.
Supervise and support staff across client services, admin, and acquisition functions.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of client paperwork to city programs and partners.
Maintain accountability across departments through KPIs and regular performance reviews.
Manage / oversee Follow Up Boss—to track leads, communications, and follow-ups.
Liaise with external partners, housing programs, and vendors.
Conduct ongoing training, onboarding, and development for team members.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, housing programs, and policies affecting Brooklyn and the Bronx.
Requirements
Strong leadership and team management experience in a real estate, property management, or housing-related field.
Excellent working knowledge of Brooklyn and Bronx real estate landscapes and local housing programs.
High proficiency with CRM tools—especially Follow Up Boss—as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Proven ability to build and refine systems, track performance metrics, and manage high-volume workflows.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of operations, team leadership, or project management experience in real estate or a related industry.
Experience working with NYC housing programs or city-run initiatives.
Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
